The Intercultural Leadership Seminar (ILS), offered by the International Center, is designed for students who want to become effective leaders in a global environment. Attendees will gain knowledge of how cultural values affect our communication, leadership, and interpersonal behaviors. ILS includes lectures, discussions, experiential activities, and small group work.
