"My time in the RLA program has been nothing short of transformative. Through this journey, I've not only honed my leadership skills, but also grown profoundly as a person. The program has equipped me with an invaluable set of tools in my leadership toolbox, ones that I know I'll carry with me for the rest of my life. One of the most impactful lessons I've learned is the importance of leading with empathy, kindness, and servant leadership. These qualities have become ingrained in my approach to leadership, allowing me to connect with others on a deeper level and foster meaningful relationships built on trust and understanding." - Emily Stuller, School for Environment & Sustainability, MS '25
