Sereeno Chen shares how her journey of reinvention and risk taking empowered her to strive for a more personally meaningful and authentic future. Sereeno then discusses her story and the storytelling process with Nick Viviano, program lead of Story Lab, a leadership program that develops executive-level presence and communication skills through storytelling workshops and events.

Soverno (Sereeno) Chen will be a 3-time alum of the University of Michigan. She completed her undergraduate degree (B.S.) and is currently doing a MPH/MS from the School of Public Health. She is passionate about health disparities, focusing on global public health and nutrition.

Nick Viviano

Program Specialist at the Sanger Leadership Center

Nick Viviano (he/him/his) is a program specialist at the Sanger Leadership Center at Michigan Ross. He oversees a variety of leadership development programs, including Story Lab and the Leadership Crisis Challenge.
